Exchange and return policy
We want you to love your purchase from Shop Praty. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, please contact our support team. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
